The Form-Flex® coupling transmits torque while compensating for angular, parallel, and axial misalignment between the two connected shafts.The flexible disc coupling minimizes the misalignment force on the connected equipment.

Form-Flex coupling product features

• High-strength and flexible stainless steel discs are available in three styles: 4 bolts, straight edges (A, M series); 6 bolts, straight edges (B series); and 8 bolts, round (D, F, H series).Alloy discs are also available
• Transmit torque with zero backlash, while compensating for angular and parallel misalignment between two connected shafts
• Ideal for smooth or uneven conditions and medium to heavy loads where elastic couplings are typical problems

TB Wood's Dura-Flex® coupling was designed from the ground up using finite element analysis to maximize flex life.Ideal for a variety of applications-including applications with uniform to heavy shock loads-Dura-Flex® couplings use lightweight components that can absorb shock loads and torsional vibrations.These couplings are available from stock (BTS, Taper-Lock® and Sure-Grip® bushing (QT) hubs).
