Sprockets is usually classified into normal sprockets, HK sprockets and other sprockets.
1. Normal sprocket
Common sprockets are ANSI sprockets which may be engaged with conventional series roller chains. See P125 for dimensions.

Calculation formulas for tooth gap kinds
